1. Promoter

Vendo Services, GmbH. (hereinafter, “Vendo”), with its registered address at Dorfstrasse, 50, Engelberg, Obwalden, CH-6390, Switzerland, is the organizer and promoter of this Black Friday & Cyber Monday Promotion.

2. Promotion Description

This campaign offers a fee-free period on transaction fees for specific transactions processed by Vendo Merchants through the Vendo platform on Black Friday (November 29, 2024) and Cyber Monday (December 2, 2024).

3. Promotion Period

  • Day 1: Begins at 00:00 CET on November 29, 2024, and ends at 09:00 CET on November 30, 2024.
  • Day 2: Begins at 00:00 CET on December 2, 2024, and ends at 09:00 CET on December 3, 2024.

4. Eligible Participants

4.1. All Vendo Merchants registered under the MCC codes listed in 4.3

4.2. Vendo reserves the right to select or limit participants entering the Promotion at its own discretion.

4.3. This campaign is limited to merchants processing with the following MCCs: 

      • 5967 (adult content)
      • 7273 (dating and escort services)
      • 5499 (CBD/Seeds)

5. Applicable Payment Methods and Geographies

The fee waiver applies to all payment methods supported by Vendo. The promotion is available globally across all countries and currencies supported by Vendo.

6. Transaction Types Covered

The promotion is applicable to transactions initiating a new subscription (initials). 

7. Exclusions and Limitations

  • The promotion does not cover transaction fees on refunds, chargebacks, risk alerts, upgrades, instant upgrades and any kind of rebills, including the rebills generated by the initials processed during the period of this promotion.
  • FOREX costs related to changes in the currency of the Payouts are not covered by the Promotion and will be charged to the merchants.
  • FOREX costs on PIX and OXXO payment methods are not covered by this Promotion and will be charged to merchants.
  • Vendo reserves the right to withdraw the promotion at its sole discretion if it determines that any participating merchant has engaged in fraud, misuse, bad faith, or has breached the terms of the agreement signed between Vendo and the Merchant.
8. Payout Adjustments and Timing
  • The payout adjustments will tentatively occur in the payout due during the week of December 18, 2024, covering all eligible transactions from Black Friday and Cyber Monday.
  • Vendo reserves the right to determine the final reimbursed amount per merchant based on qualifying transactions during the promotion period.

9. Modification and Termination of the Promotion

Vendo reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the promotion at any time, for any reason, without prior notice. Any modification will not affect transactions that have already been processed under the terms of this promotion.

10. Liability

  • Vendo is not liable for technical issues, service interruptions, or data failures that may impact participation in the promotion.
  • By participating, merchants release Vendo from any liabilities associated with the promotion, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

11. Acceptance of Terms

By participating in the Black Friday & Cyber Monday promotion, merchants acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions.
